It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Park Mason Brokers is proud to have our corporate office in Inman Park

After decades of restoration and renewal, Inman Park is now a highly coveted intown neighborhood with numerous million-dollar properties. There are now over 300 homes in various stages of restoration or renovation in Inman Park. Former industrial areas have been redeveloped and are home to both new and repurposed condo and apartment developments, restaurants and other businesses. There is a special spirit of caring and cooperation in the community. The area boasts a strong neighborhood association, a hard-working garden club and an excellent pre-school program.

Each year Inman Park welcomes its neighbors everywhere to the Spring Festival and Tour of Homes, a two day celebration of parades, entertainment, dancing and open houses. A mammoth undertaking for this small community, the event annually draws thousands of visitors to the neighborhood.

Inman Park takes pride in its characterization as a “SmallTown DownTown,” combining the desirable elements of small town living with a dedication to the growth of the inner city.

The July/August edition of REALTOR Magazine discussed the importance of running a real estate office remotely. According to the article, “technology makes it possible to streamline operations and still provide a high level of service and support to agents and clients.” Laptop use, Smart Phones, multi-function printers, internet-based conferencing, etc. are all technological advancements that modern real estate companies are taking advantage of in 2011.

Here at Park Mason Brokers technology and working remotely are essential for running our business efficiently. Our office is up-to-date, our staff is young, and we utilize social media, e-mail, and internet applications and programs to make sure our office keeps up with the times. Although technology is important, we also recognize that a presence in the office and personal interaction is important. Technology at Park Mason Brokers is not meant to replace personal interaction. It simply is meant to streamline the business so that transactions can be conducted with greater ease yielding to an overall more rewarding experience for both the agent and their clients.

Feel free to call or visit the office to learn more about the technology at PMB.
