Is Park Mason Brokers a member of a MLS?
Yes, we are members of FMLS and GAMLS in Georgia.
Do you offer training for new agents?
Yes, please inquire for more details.
Are there agent quotas?
Absolutely not, work at your own pace.
Is this office a HUD Approved Brokerage?
YES!
Where is your office?
Our office operates completely virtually. However, our corporate office is in Atlanta in the intown neighborhood of Inman Park. Our address is 870 Inman Village Parkway Suite A Atlanta, GA 30307. Our office hours are 9am-4pm Monday-Friday.
Where do PMB agents work?
Our agents work from their home office, anywhere, everywhere (….and Starbucks).
How do I submit paperwork to the office?
All paperwork is submitted through our on-line paperless system. This on-line system is accessible 24 hours per day!
Why are the fees so low?
The fees are low because of the low overhead of the brokerage. These savings are then passed on to our agents.
Am I responsible for purchasing my own signs?

Yes. Our custom signs are only $35 each!
How are sign calls handled?
Sign calls are directed to agent’s office extensions or their business number on file.
Are agents able to be paid at the closing table?
Absolutely, we prefer this.
Are agents able to sell commercial properties?
Yes, if you are experienced in this area.
When is the Yearly Affiliation Fee due?
If you choose a yearly plan, your affiliation fee is due immediately to get started. It won’t be due again until the 1st day of your anniversay month the following year. (I know… that’s pretty cool.)
Are their additional fees for E&O insurance when you sign-up?
No, it’s included in your plan the 1st year.
Is there an exit fee? Can I take my listings with me?
Nada. No, exit fees. Yes, all agents are free to take their listings with them.
How long does it take to gain MLS access once I activate my license with Park Mason Brokers?
It takes approximately 1 business day. Usually this is completed within a couple of hours.
